Holiday Dinner Dance

Every year, Donny's work has a Holiday Dinner Dance that they have for the employees, and every year we look forward to the one night where we have a "fancy date", dress up in tuxes and classy dresses and enjoy the happy hour beforehand for the free drinks. We now have this down to a science and have learned to actually get there at 6:00 pm and enjoy a few amaretto sours and highballs with other Aerospace friends--they take the 7:00 pm cut off very seriously so we make sure that we take advantage of the hour. Each year, we are seated at the same table in the room with the same people. You would think that would be boring, but it's not. All of the people at the table have seen us progress from Boyfriend/Girlfriend to Fiance/Fiancee, and now to Husband/Wife--they are hopeful that for next years Holiday Dinner Dance that we will have a little one on the way. I am less hopeful for that right now, but will hope for that in a few years :) Donny looked incredibly handsome in his wedding tux and I actually got to wear one of our bridesmaid dresses--we were very wedding matchy-matchy--i liked it!

 They had the same wine glass favors as our wedding..Donny was also on the board for this event...hmm... ;)

 Remember these two? We took their family photos a couple weeks back. So glad we were all able to kick back and dance tonight :)

 Something was really funny...possibly when Donny's chair got caught and tipped over with him on it!
